You may browse the Site and use the contact form for genuine business enquiries. You must not:
- use the Site in any way that breaches applicable law or regulation, including the Information Technology Act, 2000;
- submit false, misleading or third-party personal information through the contact form;
- send unsolicited commercial messages, spam or automated submissions;
- scrape, crawl or bulk-download content other than through standard search-engine indexing;
- attempt to probe, scan, overload or circumvent the security of the Site or its backend services, except as expressly permitted by our responsible disclosure policy;
- introduce malware or otherwise interfere with the Site’s operation.
3. Information on the Site; products under development
Content on the Site is provided for general information only. Descriptions of products (including Penricx, Swymly and Phitrix) and services reflect our current plans; products marked as under development may change, be delayed or be discontinued without notice. Nothing on the Site is an offer capable of acceptance, professional advice, or a guarantee of any outcome. Any engagement is subject to a separate written agreement.
4. Intellectual property
The Site and its content — including text, design, graphics, logos, the enricx wordmark and dot mark, and the names Penricx, Swymly and Phitrix — are owned by or licensed to Enricx Private Limited and protected by Indian and international copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for personal or internal business reference. Any other reproduction, modification, distribution or commercial use requires our prior written consent.
Third-party names and logos displayed on the Site (for example, the AI platforms we orchestrate) are trademarks of their respective owners. Their display does not imply endorsement, partnership or affiliation.
5. Contact form and communications
By submitting the contact form you confirm the information is accurate and that you are authorised to provide it, and you consent to us contacting you about your enquiry. Handling of your personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. We may decline to respond to enquiries at our discretion.
6. Third-party links and services
The Site may link to third-party websites or rely on third-party services (for example Cloudflare Turnstile). We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Enricx Private Limited, its directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Site shall not exceed INR 10,000. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Enricx Private Limited from any claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of the Site.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory law to the contrary, the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the Site.
11. General
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remainder continues in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.
